OWNER-OPERATOR

I'm Ryan, owner of R Home Renovations. My background spans construction and the trades, facilities and property management, and real estate — I'm a licensed real estate broker, which means I understand homes not just as projects but as investments: what adds value, what quality costs, and where projects tend to go sideways. That perspective is the difference. I know how to keep your remodel clear, on scope, and on schedule.

Because I'm an owner-operator, you're not handed off to a salesperson and a rotating crew. You work directly with me from the first walkthrough through the final walkthrough — one point of contact, accountable for the whole project. That's how I'd want my own home treated, and it's how I run every job
